Rebekah HallThe mission for the Administrative Services Department is to provide effective, timely and accurate internal administration for human resource management, employee benefits, employee training and information technology maintenance.

The department consists of the administrative services director and the information technology coordinator.

The director administers the town's personnel systems and programs including recruitment, job descriptions, classification and compensation, benefits, performance appraisal and employee trainings. The director provides administration and support to the Finance Department and oversees the information technology planning and activities.

The information technology coordinator manages the town’s computer network, provides hardware and software support to staff users and maintains and upgrades all information systems.
