I'm selling my property in Telluride. What should I do to take my name off the water/sewer bill?
At the time of closing the title company will prorate the bill and send the proceeds to the Finance Department with the name of the new owner. At that time the account will be updated with the new owner information.

I am renting out my property and I want the tenant to receive the water/sewer bill.
You will need to fill out the Tenant Change Form (click here) with the new tenant information and send it to the Finance Department. Please read the form carefully as it states that the owner is ultimately responsible for the billing amount.
