The Telluride Green Grant program is funded by the Town of Telluride and administered by EcoAction Partners.
The goal of the Green Grant program is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions through energy efficiency, renewable energy, and other innovative means. Green Grants are possible through the Telluride Energy Mitigation Program (TEMP), which is part of the Town of Telluride’s Green Building Codes.
Green Grants support capital projects that deliver measurable greenhouse gas reduction for the Town of Telluride. Examples of projects may include energy efficiency upgrades, renewable energy installations, and more. All projects must be tangible, provide measurable greenhouse gas reduction through decreased electrical and fossil fuel use, and have a lifespan of no less than 5 years. Eligible recipients are for-profit and non-profit organizations, government entities, and individuals.
