Parking Meter Upgrade from 3G to 4G

Public Works

The Town of Telluride is proud to announce that all our parking meters have been successfully upgraded from 3G to 4G service. This was a required upgrade as the 3G network will be shutting down on the 21st of February permanently. The 4G/LTE bandwidths will be used for the foreseeable future for machine-to-machine device communications. The new 4G/LTE bandwidth will sustain the Town parking network for the foreseeable future until 5G communications are implemented.

For further questions or concerns please contact the Town's Public Information Officer: David Nepsky Email 970-728-2165
