Town of Telluride - Housing Relief Fund

Town of Telluride Blue and White

The Town of Telluride has allocated $100,000 to assist residents with rental and mortgage assistance for those in need. The Relief Fund is for those who are located within the R-1 School District, not living in Town owned housing and who are in need. Awards will be up to $1000, but no more than 50% of the total monthly rent or mortgage payment. The funds will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis until the funds are exhausted. Tri-County Health Network will be administering the fund and payments will be made directly to the landlord or mortgage company by the Town of Telluride.
