Town of Telluride Certifies Third Candidate for Mayor

Candidate’s petition cured, establishing eleven sufficient candidates for elected office

(September 1, 2023) – Telluride, CO --- The Town of Telluride will hold a Regular Municipal Election on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. The Town of Telluride Clerk’s Department has certified one additional candidate for the position of Mayor as of today, Friday, September 1, after their petition was cured and certified before the deadline of 5 pm MST. There are now eleven candidates eligible to run for elected office. The candidates include:

For the Office of Mayor:

  • Jessie Rae Arguelles
  • Teddy Errico
  • Meehan Fee

For Telluride Town Council:

  • Lee Shea Betten
  • Jenny Carlson
  • Amy Levek
  • Elena Levin
  • Marya Stark
  • Ashley Story
  • Jonathan Yaseen

For Town Meeting Moderator:

  • Daniel Zemke  

Any person 18 years of age or older on Tuesday, November 7, who has resided within the Town of Telluride for twenty-two days immediately preceding the election is eligible to vote. Voter registration may occur any day leading up to the Regular Municipal Election, including on election day.

To register to vote, electors can visit the San Miguel County Clerk’s Office at 305 W. Colorado Ave, any Colorado State Driver’s Licensing Office, or online at bit.ly/covoterregistration.
