In order to save your progress in the online form submittal, you will need to create an account with the Town of Telluride's website. PDF versions of forms are located in the left hand menu and are organized by department.
By signing in or creating an account, some fields will auto-populate with your information and your submitted forms will be saved and accessible to you.

    If yes, attach a detailed description of the event. Include information about crowd size, educational programs, economical/environmental/community impacts, cultural benefits, etc. New event applicants(did not use town park facilities in previous year), or existing events requesting a change in date that want to use Town Park facilities must be granted venue approval by the Parks and Recreation Commission prior to applying to CASE for approval.
