Human Resources Department

The Human Resources Department provides resources and guidance to Town's most important asset, Town Staff.



The Human Resources Department actively fosters a positive work environment by upholding Town's community-focused culture. We build relationships on trust and integrity and offer support and solutions that take care of the people who take care of this Town while maintaining alignment with the Town's values, goals, and objectives.

The Town Manager designates the Human Resources Director to interpret and administer the Personnel Handbook. The Administrative Services Director is also responsible for all human resources functions.

The Human Resources Coordinator assists the Human Resources Director with all department functions.
