Town of Telluride Statement on Federal Indictment of Brandon Baker
(February 24, 2026) – Telluride, CO --- The Town of Telluride and Telluride Marshal’s Department are aware of the recent federal indictment of Brandon Baker in Iowa for charges related to child sexual abuse material. Mr. Baker is currently detained by the United States Marshal’s Service in Iowa. His next scheduled court date is March 6, 2026.
The Telluride Marshal’s Department has been and continues to cooperate with the Department of Homeland Security and other law enforcement agencies in an active, multi-jurisdictional investigation. Because this matter is under investigation, the Town will not provide additional details at this time.

Sospechoso de robo y vandalismo detenido
