Home Rule


The Town of Telluride is a home rule municipality. The Mayor and six council members are elected for four-year terms. The Mayor and Town Council members do not have offices at Town Hall.

The Town Council 2019 meeting schedule is set at the end of the year for the next calendar year. Meetings are held approximately every third Tuesday at Rebekah Hall, 113 West Columbia Avenue.

Liquor Licensing Authority

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Liquor Laws of the State of Colorado, Stronghouse Preservation Company, LLC. DBA StrongHouse BrewPub (President Raymond Cook, 8601 Estrelita Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89128; Chairman Victoria Chapus, 1629 San Remo Dr., Pacific Palisades, CA 90272) is requesting that the Telluride Town Council, acting as the Liquor Licensing Authority, grant a Brew Pub License for use at 283 S. Fir St., Suite A, Telluride, Colorado, 81435. The hearing on the above application will be heard on July 23, 2019 at a meeting to begin at 10:00 am at Rebekah Hall, 113 W Columbia, Telluride, Colorado.  The application was filed on May 15, 2019.  Remonstrances may be filed at Town Hall, 135 W Columbia, or mailed to the Town of Telluride, Town Clerk, PO Box 397, Telluride, CO 81435.
