  • Regular Municipal Elections are held on the first Tuesday following the first Monday in November in odd-numbered years unless otherwise required by Colorado Constitution Article X, Section 20 or C.R.S. § 1-41-101, et seq. All special and regular elections are nonpartisan. The next regular election is scheduled for November 2, 2027.

  • Most Citizen Electors can now register, verify, and/or update their voter registration online at www.GoVoteColorado.com.

    Town Residents can register in person at:

    San Miguel County Clerk & Recorder—Elections, 305 W. Colorado, Telluride, CO 81435

    or

     Any State of Colorado Driver’s License Agency

    Permanent Resident Card Holders must register in person at: 

    Town Hall, 135 W. Columbia Ave., Telluride, CO 81435

  • Yes, the Town of Telluride adopted contribution limits for candidates, candidate committees, and political committees. See Telluride Municipal Code 2-1-100 for details. Additional Campaign Finance information can be found through the Colorado Secretary of State.
