Medical/Retail Marijuana Licensing Authority

The Telluride Combined Retail and Medical Marijuana Licensing Authority and the Colorado Department of Revenue Marijuana Enforcement Division must both approve any application for a Retail or Medical Marijuana Center, Optional Premises Cultivation License or Marijuana-Infused Products Manufacturing License.

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Retail Marijuana Laws of the State of Colorado and the Telluride Municipal Code a public hearing shall be held on the 29th day of May 2025, at 10:00AM, in Rebekah Hall, 113 W Columbia Avenue, Telluride, Colorado via a hybrid virtual meeting before the Telluride Marijuana Licensing Authority to consider the renewal of the existing retail marijuana store license for Alpine Wellness, LLC, a Colorado Limited Liability Company, d.b.a. Alpine Wellness, whose licensed premises is located at 300 W. Colorado Ave., Ste. 2C, Telluride, CO, on an order regarding the renewal of the existing retail marijuana store license and order to show cause dated April 15, 2025. This hearing is held pursuant to Section 6-6-109 (d) of the Telluride Municipal Code. The renewal application was filed on November 18, 2024, by Michael Grady, 300 W Colorado Ave., Ste. 2C, Telluride, CO, 81435.
