Building Department

The Building Department is a division within the Planning Department.

The Building Division performs all building plan reviews and inspections necessary to guarantee compliance with approved plans, current and adopted building codes, and applicable Town Ordinances. 

The Building Official and staff review:

•  All construction plans 
•  Water conservation regulations 
•  Construction mitigation requirements

Building permit submittals are now online with SmartGov

SmartGov will allow users to: 

• Submit building applications online
• Create your user account with SmartGov
• Submit plans 
• Correspondence with staff
• Request inspections
• Pay Online
• View building department public records
• Paper building permits and applications will no longer be accepted
