Why is my water bill / usage higher than normal?

First Step:

  • Check water leaks in home & property (E.g. running toilets, irrigation, hose bibs, dripping faucets, water heaters)
    •  1 running toilet can use approximately 1,000 gallons per day
  • Have you had more people in the home/property recently

Second Step:

After examining your property, if you still have questions regarding your water usage, please contact Utilities Billing.

Third Step:

If your meter needs serviced, please fill out a service request form.
