There are 30 Sunnyside units, including 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, 3- and 4-bedroom townhomes, and three tiny homes. The property began construction in 2020 as a net-zero housing project and completed in 2023. The initial placement of tenants occurred through a housing lottery.
