Telluride Employee Rental Housing
The Resident Application packet can be used to apply for Sunnyside Apartments, Shandoka Apartments, Virginia Placer Apartments, Tiny Homes, Boarding House, or Voodoo.
Every adult (18 years and over) in the household must complete a Rental Housing Application. Applicants must establish their household size and income prior to submitting an application to the Telluride Rental Housing Division.
