Each adult resident is allowed one free parking permit. This permit is valid through through the term of your lease. Parking is not guaranteed and is on a first come, first serve basis.
Please use the laundry facilities located in Shandoka Buildings A, E, and G.
Rent can be paid online via Rent Café or at the Telluride Housing Department Office in the form of check or money order. Drop Box is located on the door, and no cash is accepted.
No new satellite dishes are allowed to be installed.
