The Telluride Rental Housing Division provides year-round housing for employees who work within the boundaries of the Telluride R-1 School District.

The Town of Telluride owns and manages 212 rental housing units to support the people who live and work in our community. Our homes are safe, well-maintained, and meant to help keep Telluride livable for local workers and their families.

The Rental Housing Division cares for and manages a variety of home types, from tiny houses and apartments to a 47-bed boardinghouse. We also manage 3,000 square feet of commercial space at the Voodoo Building.

We’re here to help residents stay housed, connected, and supported.
